As you stand on the deck of the LIFE CENTER and look across the lake, you see a peaceful prayer garden that surrounds a stack-stone Mary grotto. The groundwork for the garden was done by Life Teen Summer Campers in 2005. The stack-stone grotto was built with donated stone and all the work was done by Covecrest staff and volunteers. The grotto was officially blessed on March 20, 2006 by Most Reverand Robert Hermann, Bishop of St. Louis, who also serves on Life Teen International Board of Directors.
