2006 Covecrest Retreat Rates
LODGING
In addition to heated and air-conditioned sleeping quarters, the lodging fee includes one meeting space for group, use of chapel, campfire, free access to waterfalls, use of basketball court and volleyball courts. Rates do not include linens.

MEALS
$4.50 – Breakfast

Meal times: Breakfast – 8:00 AM, Lunch – 12:00 PM, Dinner - 6:00 PM, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your arrival.
ACTIVITY COST
- High Ropes Challenge Course, 2 hours $15 per person, 15 person minimum
- Giant Swing or Zip Line $5 per person
- Low Ropes, 2 hours, includes Christian facilitation $10 per person, 10 person minimum
- Basketball and Volleyball courts – no cost, bring your own ball
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bed linens (sheets, pillow, blanket) $5.00 per person
- Snacks – menu options available $1.00 - $2.50 per person
- Use of Copier $.15 per copy
- Kitchen use (Cole House only) $75 per day

PAYMENT
DEPOSIT: 25% of Reservation Agreement is due within 2 weeks of receiving agreement.
FINAL PAYMENT: Balance due will be paid on arrival, unless previous arrangements have been made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Groups canceling 90 days or more in advance will receive a full refund minus $25 of their deposit. Groups canceling 61-90 days in advance will forfeit their reservation deposit.
Groups canceling less than 60 days prior to the retreat arrival date are responsible for the guaranteed minimum payment of 80% of the reservation. If the Renting Organization cancels the retreat, we make every effort to schedule another group as a replacement to reduce the canceling cost.
