I. Lodging and Meals
Rates are for two nights, beginning at 2 p.m. on day of arrival, and ending at 2 p.m. on day of departure, unless otherwise negotiated. There are 2 sides of camp, each with a lodge and 8 cabins that sleep 12 each. All rates subject to change with 90 days notice.
2 nights lodging only: $30. per person $1500. Minimum for one side of camp. $3500 minimum for use of both sides of camp.
Optional food service: $30 per person for 5 meals (caterer requires 30 person min)
Additional nights: $15 each night per person.
Additional meals: $6 each meal per person.
Additional hours: $30 per hour beyond the scheduled time.
II. Challenge Course
Tepeyac offers two courses to choose from:- The 50 foot Tango Climbing Tower: two rock climbing walls, four additional vertical challenges, a zip-line (requires additional charge), and…
- The Ropes Course: high and low elements to provide a variety of challenges to meet the needs of all ability levels.
Both courses require trained facilitators and are dependent upon their availability. We can accommodate 30-35 on a course at a time. One session is 3- 3 ½ hours.
One session: Tango Tower or Ropes Course- $20 per person. $400 minimum
Additional fee to add Zip Line to Tango Tower: $100 per session
III. Additional Charges, Equipment, and Special Use Rates:
- Kitchen fee- applies to groups preparing their own food: $60 per weekend
- Staff Studio (each), when available: $30 per weekend
- R.V. fee, if using our utilities: $15 per weekend
- Sound and Video equipment use (South Lodge only- you set up): $150 per weekend
- Lodge use only (for Day Retreats, meetings, etc) with no overnight: $300 per day
- Upgraded meals: call for options
- One-night stay (see below): $20
- One-night reservations are only available Sunday through Thursday nights during the months of September through May, and weekends in January, May, August, and December. Holiday weekends are excluded. Last-minute one night stays may be available at other times, if space allows. Call for availability.
